Rangers boss Russell Martin has hinted that Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers could feature in Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League playoff first leg against Club Brugge at Ibrox.
Dessers picked up a knee injury during last week’s clash with Viktoria Plzen and subsequently missed the Light Blues’ League Cup tie against Alloa Athletic over the weekend.
Speaking in a press conference on Monday, Martin admitted the forward’s availability remains uncertain.
“I think big Cyriel’s probably the only concern really. So he’ll be touch and go,” the Rangers manager said.
The Scottish giants will be aiming for a strong home result before traveling for the decisive return leg in Belgium.
