Former reality TV star Kiddwaya, son of billionaire businessman Terry Waya, has stirred controversy after describing his “occupation” as living and enjoying his father’s wealth.

Speaking on the latest episode of the Off The Record podcast, the ex-BBNaija housemate said he is not interested in business or formal work, stressing that he considers himself a “man of leisure.”

“What I do for a living is wake up, decide what destination I want to fly to, go there with my boys and girls, have fun, drink, eat, and party — and then repeat,” Kiddwaya said.

He explained that he used to feel pressured to present a conventional career path but has now chosen to embrace his reality.

“I can tell you I’m into oil and trade, but that’s not my truth. The truth is, I’m a rich man’s son living my life from January to January, having fun,” he added.

Kiddwaya also said marriage would not stop him from “living for a living,” adding that he would only marry a woman who shares his zest for enjoyment.

Despite his reputation for luxury living, he maintained that he works hard to uphold his integrity and protect his family’s name.

“Many people in my position would have misused the privileges I have,” he said.
