The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, has commended Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, for fostering unity and harmony across the state.
Speaking in Kaduna on Sunday, Yilwatda praised the governor for breaking down religious and ethnic barriers that had long divided communities in the state, noting that under his leadership, citizens now speak with one voice.
“Your Excellency, I want to thank you for introducing a new approach in Kaduna State,” he said. “This state was once synonymous with insecurity, but that narrative has changed. You have placed value on human life and succeeded in bringing the people together.”
The APC chairman highlighted the governor’s efforts in promoting religious tolerance and inclusivity, describing the current atmosphere in the state as unprecedented.

“You have dismantled the barriers of religion and tribalism, ensuring that everyone has a voice and a sense of belonging,” Yilwatda stated. “Today, the mosque and the church stand as one. You’ve united the people and given them a common identity. This model deserves to be replicated nationally.”
He also applauded the governor’s achievements in infrastructure development and party organization. According to Yilwatda, Governor Sani has managed to bring different groups under a single political umbrella, strengthening both governance and security.
“Your performance has been outstanding—in terms of infrastructure, party unity, and security. You have made everyone take up the broom to sweep insecurity away,” he added.
