APC’s Dagara Daje joins Niger Assembly
The Niger State House of Assembly has officially welcomed Hon. Dagara Daje as the new representative of Munya Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Daje was sworn in on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, during the House’s plenary session presided over by Speaker Abdulmalik Mohammed Sarkin-Daji. The Speaker administered both the Oath of Allegiance and the Oath of Membership, congratulating Daje and assuring him of the Assembly’s full support as he settles into his new role.

The APC lawmaker recently clinched victory in the August 16 by-election held in Munya Local Government Area, which was organized to fill the vacant seat left by the late Hon. Joseph Haruna Duza of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
