APC Floors PDP in Zamfara Poll
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Kamilu Sa’idu Wanban Kasuwar Daji, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the winner of the supplementary election for Kaura Namoda South State Constituency in Zamfara State.

Announcing the results, the Returning Officer, Professor Lawal Sa’ad of the Federal University Gusau, said the APC candidate secured 8,182 votes, defeating his closest rival from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who polled 5,543 votes.
Prof. Sa’ad noted that Kamilu Sa’idu met all legal requirements and garnered the highest number of valid votes, and was therefore declared elected and returned as winner.
