NNL: Ex-Referee Udoh Named Dakkada FC GM

Dakkada FC has announced the appointment of retired FIFA referee, Anietie Ferdinand Udoh, as the club’s Acting General Manager ahead of the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.

The Uyo-based club confirmed the appointment in an official statement released on Friday, expressing confidence that Udoh’s wealth of experience and professionalism will play a key role in the team’s management and development.

“We are pleased to announce Anietie Ferdinand Udoh as our Acting General Manager ahead of the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League season,” the statement read.

Udoh, a celebrated Nigerian referee with numerous accolades, steps into the role as part of Dakkada’s broader rebuilding strategy, aimed at positioning the club for a stronger performance in the upcoming campaign.

Dakkada FC is scheduled to face First Bank FC in their opening match of the new season, which kicks off on Saturday, November 8.
