Shearer Weighs In on Newcastle’s Clashes with EPL Giants
Premier League legend Alan Shearer has shared his thoughts on this weekend’s fixtures, offering predictions on some of the standout clashes.
The action begins with Manchester United’s visit to Brentford, followed by Chelsea’s home tie against Brighton at Stamford Bridge. Elsewhere, defending champions Liverpool travel to Crystal Palace, while Newcastle host Arsenal in what is billed as the weekend’s headline encounter.
Speaking to BetFair, Shearer tipped a draw when United face Brentford, noting the Bees will pose a tough challenge. He also backed Chelsea to edge Brighton despite the Seagulls’ strong start against Tottenham last weekend.
