Bayer Leverkusen forward Nathan Tella has offered some insight into what Liverpool fans can anticipate from their new signings, Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong.

Both players made the switch from Leverkusen to Anfield this summer, and Tella believes their impact will be immediate.

Speaking to German publication Rheinische Post Langenfeld, Tella said:
“They’ve now joined one of the biggest clubs in the world. Liverpool fans should expect fireworks. These are players who thrive on the big stage.”

Tella’s comments add to the growing excitement around the duo, who were instrumental in Leverkusen’s impressive run last season under manager Xabi Alonso.

Bayer Leverkusen forward Nathan Tella has shared his excitement over the potential impact of Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong at Liverpool, following their high-profile transfers from the Bundesliga champions.

In an interview with Rheinische Post Langenfeld, Tella praised his former teammates, saying the duo are now set to impress on an even bigger stage.

“They’re now part of one of the top teams in world football,” Tella said. “There’s no need to say much about their quality — everyone’s seen what they can do. Now, it’s England’s turn to experience their brilliance. I believe they can still improve, even though that might seem hard to imagine. We’re going to witness some incredible performances from them.”

Wirtz, who attracted interest from Bayern Munich and Manchester City, completed a record-breaking £116 million move to Liverpool after an outstanding season with 16 goals and 15 assists in 45 appearances.
